The Glasdon METAL CHIEFTAIN Litter Bin has outstanding strength and durability. METAL CHIEFTAIN Litter Bin is ARMORTEC® coated for outstanding weather resistance, which minimises the requirement for expensive refurbishment that is often associated with metal litter bins.
METAL CHIEFTAIN Litter Bin features two large litter apertures, allowing take-away food containers to be easily deposited. The Bin is supplied with a large 90 litre galvanised steel liner to collect high volumes of waste, for a total litter capacity of 105 litres. An extremely robust hinge is used, featuring a stainless steel reinforcing rod that runs the full length of the door. METAL CHIEFTAIN Litter Bin is supplied with the Glasdon anti-burst keyed slam lock as standard – turn the key to open, simply slam the door shut to lock. The door pivots to a wide angle, allowing unrestricted access to the liner for ease of emptying, minimal lifting and ease of installation.
METAL CHIEFTAIN Litter Bin is supplied as standard with Gold or Silver decorative banding and the universally recognised ‘Bin-It’ symbol. The banding is set into specially designed recesses to ensure vandal resistance.
METAL CHIEFTAIN Litter Bin is ideal for parks and open spaces. The bin can be sited in remote rural areas, urban recreation grounds or on the high street. METAL CHIEFTAIN Litter Bin’s ARMORTEC coating offers unbeatable protection from corrosion, making it well suited for seafront environments.
METAL CHIEFTAIN Litter Bin can be supplied with optional extras including a stainless steel cigarette stubbing plate or a hood mounted stainless steel ashtray. The litter bin can be personalised with vandal resistant ultra-destruct stickers to display your crest, logo or message. A number of ground fixing options are available, including bolts for installation on existing concrete foundations or paved areas, adjustable depth concrete-in anchors for additional security, or the Glasdon GROUND-LOCK™ System for installation onto soft ground without the need for pouring fresh concrete. |
